1. The major challenge when it comes to a soldier’s resettlement to civil is the lack of awareness. They enter the Armed Forces when they around 18-21 years of age and start retiring in their late 30’s. Having never given an interview till this time, they are not aware of the many aspects of a typical job hunt like resume building, interview skills and how to search for jobs. There are various government job reservations available for them but they are either not aware of the same or are not wanting to opt for these due to various reasons. Due to this lack of information, many soldiers end up taking small jobs that are available in their vicinity.
2. Our team of HR’s work with 100’s of employers across the country to find suitable job opportunities for our Ex-servicemen. The employers belong to various industries like Security & Facility Management, Logistics & Warehousing, Manufacturing, Automobile etc.
3. Along with this, we have a dedicated team who sources relevant government jobs for Ex-servicemen and the same is detailed out for them on an easy-to-use App along with all necessary deadlines and application procedures.
4. Our goal is to match the skills of our Ex-servicemen with the relevant positions in the market and give them suitable second career job and self-employment opportunities. Having stayed away from their families for all these years, they are now looking for jobs close to their hometowns.
