Sr. Operations Executive

• Preparation of Stock reports and sharing it with the relevant authorities
• Creating Purchase orders and placing orders after taking approval from Accounts department
• Taking regular Follow-ups for in transit Materials
• Conducting Regular stock takes for all locations
•  Maintaining the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it. 
•  Liaising with other departments, particularly Accounts and Logistics. 
•  Interacting with the distributors on a day-to-day basis.
•  Reviewing deliveries against the orders.
•  Tracking the status of pending orders.
•  Dealing with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
•  Ensuring that all invoices are sent to accounts for payment on time.
• Providing necessary inputs for decision making- like stock constraints, stock movement pattern etc.
• Using Vendor portals for placing orders.
•  Understanding the ERP System, creating parts and updating hierarchies, HSN and GST details.
• Keeping track of transit details of all locations
• Ensuring correct in-warding of material
• Understanding the process of inter branch and inter store stock Transfers.
• Understanding and proper execution of DOA for Apple and all third-party products.
• Maintaining DOA trackers for Apple and Third-party products.
• Keeping track of all DOA returns
• Placing CTO  orders and updating CTO trackers
• Creating E- way bills
• Maintaining CN bible
• Producing reports as and when required and any other tasks as may be designated by the management or required for operations executive
