GM – Business Development (Officers Only)

Job Description
• To identify and conclude business opportunities for Highway construction projects from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Hyderabad government.
• Participation and preparation of technical/commercial bid documents for tenders of construction projects.
• Should evaluate the project feasibility and technical documents prior to finalising.
• Compete with competition to win the tenders
• Strong in project management.
• Working closely with the Top government officials in Tamil Nadu to get new business.
• Develop and manage multiple projects for business.
• Active engagement with Consultant/Channel Partners to get new leads for business.
• Develop strategy to get new business.

Desired Profile
• BE / B.Tech in Civil with good understanding of civil construction projects and evaluation.
• Should be Ex-service person with strong experience in business development.
• Should have good experience in managing tenders
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and local language is must.
 Good knowledge in evaluating tenders
• Excellent market knowledge about Highway’s project and good network with Top management.
• Excellent communication skill and negotiation skills
