Disciplinary Manager

Job Description:

Managing Security Operations

·        Keenly Monitoring CCTV on Security and Safety Violations and to escalate those immediately.

·        Alert the team and Superiors in case any Security and Safety threats are noticed via CCTV

·        Rise complaints in case Cams and DVRs mal-functioning is noticed.

·        Conducts investigation of all losses of property assets and refers to proper management for disposition.

·        Deploys security staff to effectively monitor and protect property assets.

·        Complies with all Corporate Security safety and security management guidelines and procedures.

·        Recommends follow-up action for security breaches.

Prevention of sexual harassment POSH

·        Ensuring governance of prevention of sexual harassment POSH policy and guidelines for the organization and ensure enterprise implementation

·        Perform regular trend analysis of POSH cases and share insights/ action plan with all stakeholders to reduce Sexual Harassment incidents in the organization

Fire & Safety

·        Maintain safety standards on site as per the approved safety plan

·        Ensure that all the Shop floor employees are always following the Safety measures and complying to PPE rules as per their respective works.

·        Responsible for the implementation of 5S and its sustenance.

·        Audit HSE compliance with regards to risk, emergency and hazardous waste management.

Employee Health & Safety

·        Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance and assist in the achievement of meeting company EHS Goals and Initiatives

·        Ensure the plant activities are compliant with Company's EHS Policies, Standards & Procedures

·        Ability to train and impart awareness to motivate the core security team as well as employees.

·        Knowledge of information security processes and systems.

Exemplary written and verbal communication, including ability to write reports and returns on both routine and Adhoc basis.
